Print Ready

If your design was created by another Graphic Designer, then please make sure to submit a 300dpi high resolution file in CMYK format, with an .125 inch bleed all the way around. This will produce the best results. We request all files for printing be sent to us in one of the following formats: Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf), JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg), Encapsulated Postscript (*.eps), or Tagged Image File (*.tiff). Please make sure to outline all text since Envy Graphics cannot guarantee that we carry a specific font that you may have used in your design.

Shipping:

We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination. We will deliver to you within a 30 mile radius of the epicenter of downtown Jacksonville, FL for FREE.

1. We ship with UPS, however, we can also ship FedEx, and US Postal Service. Contact us and we’ll work with you to get your order to you in a cost effective and timely manner.

2. All delivery dates are estimate. Envy Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We have no control over United Parcel Service or any other common carriers’ delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered.

3. Envy Graphics will not be responsible for any shipments lost or damaged during shipping. All claims must be made with that shipping company.

4. Returned shipments to Envy Graphics will not be refunded and additional shipping cost will be required prior to reshipping your package.
