Please check our existing products before requesting a custom estimate.

A custom order is a job that has quantities or specifications that have to be different than what is normally available. Typically these jobs are much more expensive than the “Gang-Run”, pre-quoted products on our Pricing and Services Page. Gang-Run orders are inexpensive because many clients share the cost. Custom orders must run alone and 1 client must pay the expenses instead of splitting them.

Custom estimates are very time consuming, and an incorrect estimate request, will produce an incorrect estimate.

Customers that have an high-custom-estimate to low-order ratio may periodically be reviewed. If the issue continues to happen, we will be unable to fill you custom estimate requests.

If you see a similar product to what you need from the Gang-Run options on the Price Sheet, we recommend you conform you job to those specifications for maximum cost-effectiveness.

Provided you want a job the same as a product we order, but smaller, no problem, same price! As long as the product is the same size or smaller on both dimensions, you can place a Gang-Run order and just define the smaller finished size in “trim size”

As with the other Gang-Run specifications, our quantity breaks are at:
1000, 2500, 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000….
Often times it is cheaper to overprint your order, and discard a portion than run a custom quantity.

Please note that Ultra-Violet (UV) coating options usually does incur additional fees.

Whether we are able to offer you a different set of options, fulfill your custom quote, or are unable to quote you job as we cannot competitively produce it, you will receive an email from us.

Once you have received your estimate from us, you may accept the quote if you wish, and turn it directly into a live job! Simply reply to our initial email and we will begin your order. OUR INITIAL QUOTE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES.
